A cat-suited burglar (Danielle Fellini) invades the homes of several women, leaving them tightly bound and gagged as she robs them. Before she abandons her pretty prey to their struggles, she leaves her taunting signature: a bright red lipstick print on their white tape-gags. The brazen thief then plays a game of cat-and-mouse with Tawny LaShelle, the detective assigned to bring "The Lipstick Bandit" to justice. Will the petite beauty catch the thief, or be the next target of the sexy burglar?
