Extraterrestrials give C.J. Sullivan a costume which endows her with incredible abilities... Unfortunately, she doesn't know how to use them! Her encounter with supervillainess Lady Chaos (newcomer Ruby Bordeaux) is a disaster, but her super-suit protects her from harm. C.J. divulges her secret to roommate Devin Demoore, who reveals she was once Lady Justice. The former superheroine tries to help C.J. develop her powers, yet before the novice heroine masters them she's called to do battle with Lady Chaos again. Both roommates fall into the evil woman's clutches. Bound, gagged, helpless and in peril... Will they be able to save the world?
