Chelsea’s got a great new apartment, but she needs some help getting the place painted before she can move in. Her girlfriends, Ashley Rene, and enchantingly cute Harmony newcomer, Rachel Cane, agree to an afternoon painting party. Clad in short cut-offs, they begin to paint, and at first, Chelsea is grateful for the help, but soon she discovers that Rachel’s acute attention to detail is more trouble then its worth. When a subtle suggestion doesn’t do the trick, Ashley and Chelsea agree that something must be done to make Rachel take her work more seriously. So they jump the unsuspecting and tie her to a chair! Then, without delay,m they begin tickling their chair-bound girlfriend – removing her clothing along the way. Chelsea and Ashley mercilessly tickle her, until breathless with laughter, Rachel agrees to speed up the painting process.
