Angella's had a crush on her neighbor Cassandra for quite some time now, but hasn't been able to work up the courage to say how she feels. Then it occurs to her that she could just jump and tie the poor unsuspecting Cassandra! That way she won't have to explain herself, or deal with the possible rejection. As Cassandra is out tending her garden one sunny afternoon, Angella sneaks up behind her. Before Cassandra can stop her, Angella has her beautiful neighbor naked, bound and gagged! The evil Angella proceeds to spend the whole afternoon tying and toying with the object of her affection. But, there is a surprise in store for Angella too when Cassandra decides it's time to turn the table and give her naughty neighbor a taste of her own medicine!
