There are five important rules at Harmony House, each stranger than the next. Cute blonde newcomer C.J. is the first to break one, resulting in a beginner's warning-tie and quickly progressing to a stringent ball-tie -- when she breaks another rule. Then vivacious Amber arrives, also lacking the ability to resist rule-breaking temptation. Soon, both tenants find themselves bed-bound to each other and topless.
