A small town judge keeps his secretary (Cassandra Knight) bound and gagged for his own amusement, as well as petty offenders like Sharaé. Karina Santos is sent by the Judicial Review Board to investigate Cassandra's complaint about her boss, but she may be biased in favor of the misbehaving magistrate.
Officer Misty Grayson looks into the theft of Alexis Taylor's lawn ornaments, but trouble ensues when Alexis realizes they're seeing the same man. Magician's assistant Lauren Legends is secretly plotting to steal the spotlight from escape artist Angelique Lei, and Animal Shelter worker Casey Sinclair gets in a bind when Rubee Tuesday refuses to pay the adoption fee.
