Stripped, tied, and hidden from rescue, Rachel and Chaz had plenty of time to rue their misguided good deed. A topless, toe-to-toe entanglement devised by an ungrateful guest later accentuated the seriousness of their situation. When Taylor teasingly asked to be tied up, the beauty was quickly bound topless to a chair and ball-gagged.
