Laboratory researcher Cleo Nichole accidentally spills an experimental mood-enhancing solution on her supervisor, Jacqueline Hyde (redheaded newcomer Victoria Jane). The formula alternately transforms the sexy administrator into a raging fury who demands the busty blonde submit to being tied up, then a cowering submissive who begs Cleo to put her in tight bondage for their own safety, and then back again.
