A politician has an intimate lunchtime rendezvous with one of his aides (gorgeous Catalina L'Amour), revealing top government secrets as he ties her up. But no sooner does he have the blonde bombshell bound with straps and gagged when he gets a phone call telling him the tabloid re- porters are on their way to catch him in the act! He promptly flees the hotel, leaving poor Catalina to free herself before they arrive! Catalina is assigned to protect the politician's bratty daughter (beautiful newcomer Kelsie Chambers), and she has a sure-fire way to keep the rebellious lady from causing
any unwanted publicity: she ties and gags KeIsie to stop her from going out with her lowlife boyfriend. But the sly lass quickly frees herself and turns the tables on Catalina, then calls her boyfriend over. Much to Kelsie's surprise, he arrives with a friend, and they pounce on the unsuspecting Kelsie. Both ladies are securely bound, and the seedy villain compels Catalina to divulge her employer's secrets. Once she surrenders the in- formation he needs, they leave both women in dire peril and the only thing that can save them is taped inside Catalina's mouth!
